Blue is set to embark on a national tour in support of his epic new album, Journey. He will be performing an impressive 24 shows in 30 days starting on the 1st of August in Louis Trichardt in Limpopo and finishing off on the 31st of August in Somerset-West in the Western Cape. Along the way, Elvis will visit great venues in KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, the Eastern Cape, Gauteng and North-West. The show will be a chance for fans to see Elvis in a more intimate setting.
It is only fitting that Elvis Blue embarks on a tour of this nature with his aptly named album currently on shelves. “Seeing this beautiful country, performing, and meeting people is something I truly love. I cannot wait to start touring and performing the material from the new album,” Blue says.
Taking a look back at what this great artist has achieved over the last 15 months, makes it clear that it has indeed been quite a journey. “I decided to call the album Journey, because the songs on the album where born out of the experiences I have had over the last 15 months. It has been a great journey – and my hope is that the people who support me will enjoy these songs and relate to the stories on the album,” Blue added.
